BUS 787 - The Leading Edge II (1)

This course is a continuation of BUS 786 . This is the second of two terms of formal coursework. During this term, students will continue to develop and practice specific coaching skills, and continue to work toward their personal and professional goals as they complete coaching sessions with a faculty coach, In addition, students will demonstrate the skills they have developed by engaging in a collaborative coaching partnership with another individual.
Prerequisite: BUS 786
