COE 630 - Social and Cultural Awareness in School Counseling (3)

The course examines the role of social and cultural contexts on all aspects of human behavior and how that is played out in the educational setting. Students will learn about the effects of social and cultural groups on educational environment and be able to develop plans to work with cultural and social groups including their subgroups in the educational setting.
