Requirements for the Liberal Arts emphasis:

Complete the following Art Core: ART 107, 110, 207, 214, 231, 235, 352/450

Complete a minimum of 55 credits total: ART 204, 205, 260, 307, 460, 461, and a minimum of 3 elective credits in art; maximum of 15 elective credits in art.

Take ART 260 - Introduction to Professional Practices: Prerequisites ART 107, 110, 207, 235, 204 and 205

Take ART 460 & 461 - Advanced Professional Practices: All students majoring in Art must propose and develop a body of work to be exhibited in the Rall Gallery as either a solo or small group show. Students with an emphasis in Art History may write a major research paper in lieu of the exhibition requirement.
