If combining Health and Human Performance with a major in history, social science, elementary education, or special education or with an endorsement in biology, see the specific advising sheet for that combination.

Additional requirements:

  1. Completion of one other teaching major or subject endorsement.  Due to the size of the state and college requirements, the program may require nine semesters and/or summer school to complete.
  2. All requirements under the catalog section Secondary Education.

Special Notes:

  1. Prospective K-12 teachers should take 17 credits the first term in order to graduate in four years.
  2. Students should meet with Dr. Linda Kalbach early in the fall term and should meet prior to preregistration each term.
