PSY 256 - Adult Development (3) A study of human development from young adulthood through old age. Cognitive, emotional and social development are considered. Students who successfully complete the course will demonstrate their understanding of physical, psychological, and social factors that influence development during adulthood; the research techniques used to study development; and the particular challenges faced by individuals as they age. Prerequisite: PSY 117 or permission.
