Students will: 1) practice working with color contrast and creating volume and depth through color volume shading; 2) understand techniques for working with acrylic paints and mediums; 3) understand the work of a significant 20th century artist by copying a work and researching the artist; 4) use the artistic process to develop their own concept and color scheme, then execute their own creative work.
