BUS 657 - Non-profit Management and Governance (3) In this course, learners will examine and apply critical skills for managing government and not-for-profits including entrepreneurship, change and culture management, and the use of influence tactics to effect positive change. Firmly entrenched in the basic management functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling, learners will explore effective nurturing of productive work environment, organizational structure, innovation management, and group and team dynamics.
