BUS 644 - Agri-Food Supply Chain Management and Marketing (4) Students will explore the unique attributes of sustainable agri-food supply chains (SAFSCs) which differentiate them from other supply chains. Economic, social, and environmental sustainability will be emphasized for competitive decision-making. This course also examines the principles and practices of sustainable marketing in the agri-food industry and marketing’s role in the creation and management of relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
