BUS 603 - Ethics and Social Responsibility (3)

Ethical leadership requires navigating complex dilemmas where competing values, stakeholder interests, and societal expectations intersect. This course explores major ethical theories, personal and organizational ethical lenses, and the role of business in society. Through dialogue, critical analysis, and self-examination, students will engage in ethical deliberation, analyze real-world ethical dilemmas, and assess ethical and legal responsibilities to diverse stakeholders. Students will also examine how leaders can foster or inhibit integrity, social responsibility, and ethical business practices in both for-profit and nonprofit sectors.
