The responsibility and challenges of leading and communicating in organizations in a digital and dynamic society can be daunting. The course will assess how virtual teams are formed and led, and how you incorporate these with traditional teams. The course will assess collaboration and co-creation with customers and stakeholders in new value networks that are being developed. The course will also look at how the digital age is creating a new dynamic that is requiring a cycle of learn, adapt, implement to go faster and faster. Dynamic learning in a dynamic community requires a dynamic form of communication.
