BUS 496 - AI-Enhanced Strategic Analysis (3)

Prerequisite(s): BUS 365 , FIN 326 , MKT 251 , and MGT 242 , or permission, and 2nd semester junior standing.

This advanced course enhances students’ strategic analysis skills by integrating strategic theories, tools, and artificial intelligence for real-world applications. Key frameworks such as PESTEL, Porter’s Five Forces, VRIO, stakeholder mapping, organizational culture analysis, and conflict theory are examples of theories and strategic analysis tools that may be included. Emphasis is placed on researching, analyzing, interpreting findings, and forming conclusions and recommendations through a powerful combination of classic strategy principles and artificial intelligence.
