DLC 110 - College Reading and Writing Techniques (3)

Prerequisite: course placement.
This course is designed to support foundational reading, writing, and critical thinking skills necessary for success in college-level coursework. Through intensive writing practice and individualized reading support, the course will emphasize analyzing arguments, applying active reading techniques to texts used in college courses, and writing essays related to readings that require advanced thinking skills. By the end of the course, students will be better prepared to engage with academic texts, communicate ideas effectively, and transition into other college-level courses.
