AGR 430 - Leadership in Agribusiness (3)

Prerequisite(s): MGT 242 ; senior status, or by permission.
In this course, students will explore leadership with an emphasis on developing skills critical to leaders in the agribusiness industry and in rural communities where agricultural production occurs. Students will also explore various modules related to farm & ranch operations. Themes based on current leadership research, along with current issues and challenges faced by leaders in today’s agribusiness industry.
