As an organizational leadership major, you will develop the leadership expertise, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills that today’s employers demand. With the B.A. in Organizational Leadership, you will study organizational behavior, human resources, team leadership, and change management while learning to lead with clarity and confidence. From organizational ethics and culture to strategic leadership and coaching, you will develop critical skills to lead effectively in any environment. The organizational leadership major will sharpen your decision-making abilities and learn to balance leadership with discernment across various types of organizations.
Students who complete the B.A. in Organizational Leadership will be able to:

Accreditation
The Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership is an approved program under Doane’s HLC Regional Accreditation. Since it is not a business degree, it is not an Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) approved program.
