EDU 326 - Fine Arts for Elementary Teachers (3)

Prerequisite(s): Elementary Education major with junior standing or permission
A study of the content, functions, and achievements of the performing arts (dance, music, theater) and the visual arts as primary media for communication, inquiry, and engagement among elementary students. The course is designed to prepare prospective elementary teachers to demonstrate competence in knowing, understanding, and applying their knowledge of fine arts in the elementary classroom.
