Master of Arts in Leadership

Program Mission

Doane’s Master in Leadership degree is a transformational program that develops resilient, inclusive and ethical leaders. The program developes leaders of influence through transformational experiences.Students will embody “Living Leadership”, a concept that embraces everyday leadership in the classroom, workplace, the community, and life.
