Other requirements:

  1. 12 IST credits above IST 246; IST 311 and 411 are recommended to be included
  2. Complete an IST faculty-approved experiential activity related to the student’s emphasis area. A formal internship (IST 421) is
  3. recommended on the Crete campus; 421 credits do not count towards the credits in part a.
  4. Cognates: MTH 250 and BUS 496
    1. MTH 235 and MTH 250 must be completed before IST 314 and IST 315, so these should be scheduled during the first two years
    2. BUS 436 should be taken in the third year
  5. Recommendation: complete a minor or second major outside IST
