BIOL 219 - Pathophysiology (3)Knowledge of Human Anatomy & Physiology I & II or their equivalent is recommended to be successful in this course. An introduction to the basic concepts of pathophysiology. Students examine the phenomena that produce alterations in human physiologic function and the resulting human response. Upon completion of this course, students will understand pathophysiological changes, including how pathological processes are manifested and progress in the body and the primary and secondary effects.
