Prerequisite: EGR 326, EGR 332Design of elementary structural steel elements found in bridges and building structures both at the element and system levels, including plate girders, other built-up members, composite beams and slender columns, frame stability, tubular members and connections. Students will be able to apply the theories and concepts of structural design and analysis.
