Prerequisite(s):Doane faculty or staff status and permission of the Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences
This online, self-paced course reviews information for teaching students in a diverse society. Students successfully completing this course will: 1.) demonstrate an understanding of the values, lifestyles, contributions and history of a pluralistic society; 2.) recognize biases and 3.) identify the impact of biases in education and society.
